PARTICIPATION RULES INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES, HEALTH AND EDUCATION

  

OBJECTIVES

 

International Congress of Social Sciences, Humanities and Health the exhibition aims to combine methodological or analytical reasoning research from any area of ​​knowledge on a specific aspect of Social Sciences, Humanities and Health.

 

 

TARGET

 

Researchers, teachers and graduate and undergraduate students of the themes of the Congress.

 

 

PARTICIPATION RULES

 

Contributions submitted to Congress are eligible for the two modes provided:

- Presentations of free topics.

- Papers related to each one of the Symposia.

Participation in the Congress is open to any researcher, teacher and student of Bachelor of Social Sciences and Humanities, for which you have to register (address attached) sending an abstract of the paper before Aygust 31, 2017, indicating Symposium to which the proposal is attached. In any case, they must be unpublished and scientific or professional. Papers accepted by each presiding officer, must be complete and submitted before Aygust 31, 2017. The number of papers presented shall not exceed two to one person or team, regardless of their modality. The contributions will be in Spanish and will be accompanied by professional management and a short CV (maximum ten lines of text). Is expected to provide participants audiovisual and computer resources required for the presentation of the different contributions. Please detail in advance the type of resources to be used. CHARACTERISTICS OF ABSTRACTS

 

The abstract of the paper should consist of a minimum size of 10 and maximum of 30 lines, and include title, name of author, academic bodies to which they belong, and email of each of the authors of the presentation.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TEXTS SENT

 

The text should include an abstract, three to five key words, text with or without conclusions, with footnotes and bibliography page at the end. Between 15,000 and 40,000 characters with spaces, including references. Size DIN A4 or letter size. Margins left-right- top-bottom 2 cm. Letter Calibri 11pt. Spacing 1.5 points. With citations and bibliography according to Harvard Referencing system. The digital version will be sent in a Word file. Use name and surname of the first author as the document name. Add a serial number if there is more than a paper. The document must include the entire work (text, tables, figures, diagrams, etc.). On the first page include: Mode (Symposium appropriate), title, name(s) and subname (s) author (s) and institution (s, corresponding ) and email address of the contact person.

 

 

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

 

All presenters will be given a "Certificate of Participation" to Congress, signed and logo (all) the (s) Institution (s) organizer (s) and partner (s). A "Certificate of Participation" to the Speakers and presiding officers, as well as "Certificate of Attendance" to the register public (tuition $ 500.00 to $ 300.00 Mexican pesos to professionals and students) will be given. The "Certificate of Attendance" will have curricular value of 25 hours. Attendance is free. Attendance at the conference is free (but not record to receive evidence must register).

 

 

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS

 

When the congress ended the speakers will be contacted directly or speakers will agree with CIECAL to show your interest in the publication of their texts. CIECAL Being a non -profit and not having any institutional financial support, to sue the authors of their involvement with a contribution to the publication and distribution (Standards publication of the book). To have some kind of subsidy or institutional aid, so at some point Congress will warn prospective authors of that publication, so they know the extent of their participation.

 

 

INSTITUTIONAL PARTICIPATION IN CONGRESS

 

The participation of an institution in Congress carries a cost to subsidize the costs of management and organization thereof, which may be of the following types:

 

PARTNER INSTITUTION OF CONGRESS Entitles institutional logo or brand on the Program, and few media is used to promote the Congress, having cost the Collaborating Institution of only $ 10,000.00 (ten thousand Mexican pesos) appears. This fee is used to defray the costs involved in the organization of a Congress (creating posters, programs, etc.).

 

INSTITUTION OF CONGRESS Two co-organizer, allows the institution concerned co-organized together with CIECAL Congress Research Center for Comparative Studies in Latin America) IEHE conjunction with the Complutense University of Madrid ( this international endorsement enables the outset one can speak International Congress celebrated in Mexico, with appreciation for the participating researchers). The Co-organizer of the Congress supported institution with an economic contribution of $ 20,000.00 (ten thousand Mexican pesos) for the cost of organizing and managing international Congress takes CIECAL (posters, programs, staff, logistics, etc.), So that the institution Co-organizer offers its facilities for the Congress. 3 In the case of co-organization of Congress outside of Mexico, the institution will support financially to CIECAL $ 20,000 (ten thousand Mexican pesos) for the cost of organizing and international management of Congress (for the production of posters, programs, logistics personnel, etc.), also offer its facilities for the Congress in the country (outside of Mexico), support to national logistics (posters, programs and logistics personnel, secretaries, aides, etc.) and will bear the costs of air transport, taxi, accommodation and meals for two members of the organizing Committee CIECAL, so that they can attend to these opening and closing acts of Congress.

REGISTRATION

 

We recommend you to register in the Congress before August  31, 2018. An early registration fee reduces the prince if registration, and also the early registration ensures inclusion in the Conference Program. The subsequent record date may affect the inclusion of the abstract and even authorship (author of the paper) in the Final Program. Certificate of attendance and publishing rights will be granted to participants who have made the payment of registration. All notices regarding the submission of abstracts, full text and resolution of the Scientific Committee will be made by email.
